Existing flat roof block of flats was not inkeeping within Ilfracombe or the local conservation area, we proposed to change the flat roof to a mansard pitched roof similar to surrounding buildings within the conservation area. Whilst also adding an additional flat to the local area, working closely with the client to carefully design the building from initial design stages, arguing with the planning officer to put our case forward and working with engineer to design the superstructure of the building.
