The clients had their bungalow located close to the great beaches of croyde however it was difficult for their family of 2 children to stay in their two bedroom property and be able to work from home, they approached us to help solve their problem of the property being too small and slightly outdated so we proposed to add a loft conversion and re arrange the internal layout of the property to help provide more vital space to the property.
