The client Approached us during Covid 19 owners of a former 16th century Grade II listed cornmill and tea room, they could no longer open as they did not have undercover seating arrangements. We worked closely to design an outdoor shelter that provided seating undercover whilst having minimal impact on the GRADE II listed cornmill, the structure.
